Hi, I’m Emma de Goede and I am a creative, critical, and ambitious language teacher with a great passion for learning and teaching. I believe that language is not only about grammar and rules, but above all about joy, connection, and finding your own voice in a new language. For me, teaching means doing what makes me happy and helping others make choices that fit their own mission. Do you do that too?
As I dove deeper into the power of language, I also began developing interactive lessons and workshops. I want to surprise my students with inspiring exercises and explanations, and of course show them why certain words, structures, or cultural differences are so special.
Still, I noticed that something was missing. I didn’t want to simply use ready-made methods that don’t feel personal, but instead create lessons that truly fit the person in front of me. That’s why I now design my own materials and learning paths, so you can learn a language in a way that truly suits you.

I started my journey by creating my own lessons and soon realized that teaching wasn’t just about following a book, but about designing material that truly fits my students. Step by step, I moved from ready-made methods to developing my own approach: personal, creative, and full of meaning.
But times change. And because I always base my choices on what feels right, I began to believe in my current mission: 1 + 1 = 3.
For me, teaching is not just about passing on grammar rules or vocabulary lists. It’s about telling a story and not only my story. I believe that we can go further together than alone.
Every student brings their own story and their own reason to learn. In my lessons, I imagine a world where language does more than help you communicate: it builds identity, creates connections, and opens doors. My vision is: “creating identities, shaping stories.”
With my teaching, I deeply believe in the transformative power of language. Together we create a learning journey that is not only visible, but also deeply felt and remembered. By carefully designing lessons that reflect your goals and interests, I aim to strengthen your unique voice and help you grow with confidence.
